NZ MUSIC is a Specialist spin-off store selling compact disc Singles by artists all around the world and the recordings of New Zealand's own rich musical cultures. Unlike Gemm, MusicStack only provides a Secure Server to gather your confidential details. We then have to gather this information from within that Server and process manually ourselves.
New Zealand is ahead of much of the World and when Orders are placed on a Sunday (nz time), they can't be processed until Monday morning so 12 hour delays are possible. Currently we do not offer Credit Card payments directly. PayPal payments, Wire Transfers and Cash sent registered mail will be accepted. Money Orders not drawn on a Trading Bank, cannot be accepted in New Zealand.

We ship fast, using First Class Airmail Parcel Rates so the goods arrive in the USA within days and the rest of the World within a week. The process is easy too. You instruct GEMM to buy on your behalf. When we have advised them that the item(s) requested are available and the all-up, postage and packaging costs included, they contact you. If you are happy with that, they process your payment and instruct us to ship the items to your door. It's really that easy.

Post And Packaging Charges
New Zealand is made up of three islands in the South Pacific Ocean, just off from Australia. All goods from New Zealand has to be sent by airmail as we no longer have mail carrying cargo ships calling here on a regular basis. New Zealand Postal Services are a good operator and you can expect fast and efficient deliveries from them. The charges are high because they have a monopoly but the costs do include a very effective "Tracing" Service for lost mail.
Postal Insurance
The costs quoted by us don't include Postal Insurance or Courier Costs for 'door-to-door' so if you must have the goods Insured, it is an extra cost and the price is $10 USD per parcel regardless of which Country you are in. Past experiences suggest only one or two items get lost in a 12 month period so the risk is very low. The rates we use do, however, include replacement costs only so should an item vanish into thin air enroute to you, neither you or Beatzone will be out of pocket.

SS Still Sealed. Brand new.
NEW Music DVD's only. Means what it says, the product is new and perfect
M+ New copy but not factory sealed.
Ex GEMM grading. Same as M+ - a new copy not factory sealed
VG++ GEMM grading for CDs and CD SIngles that are almost new, but not quite.
VG+ In good condition. None or only 1 or 2 very faint scuffs or scratch marks
that don't affect playing. Cover in mint condition.
VG Has pops and crackles for part of it's playing time but not all the way
through and does not detract from listening. Cover can show some sights of
normal wear and tear but not torn. Could have a name written on it or the record's label. Light scuffings on both sides.
VG - Pops and crackles a lot and scratched. 1 or 2 clicks but over-all listenable.
Cover could have stained area or small tear. Repairable.
G+ Has been played a lot and crackles throughout. Cover 'disc ringed' and soiled.
G If you can't find a better copy anywhere, this is a poor copy of what you are after.
F GEMM grading. Pops and cracks, scratched all over but plays. You can find
better elsewhere but it's here if you really need it.

Add $2 USD for every additional full CD or 12" disc. These are guidelines only and the actual final cost will depend on weight. A 12" disc of a heavy duty pressing thickness will change the charges once it becomes 2 or 3 units.

MUSICSTACK operate differently. They provide a safe and secure Server for accepting confidential information. We then have to log in and retrieve that information and process it manually.
Often Orders come in on a NZ Sunday so 12 hour delays in posting is common. A speedy Postal Service makes up for these (time zone) delays. We have 2 shops at Musicstack. "Beatzone Records" quotes in NZ Dollars while "NZ Music" quotes in US Dollars.
CD BABY operates differently as they are both an On-Line Seller of Digital Downloads and hard copy CD Albums, and our Distributor for On -Line Music Sellers like iTunes, eMusic, Amazon and Rhapsody to name a few. You are dealing directly with CD Baby, not us. We get paid further down the track when they report Digital Sales from themselves and the other Sites
that don't affect playing. Cover in mint condition.
